Effective purification
The waste material is ground through kinetic energy. Two rotors, with a specific number of movable hammers attached to the outside, turn in a metal housing. Upon entering the range of the rotors, the material to be crushed is hit by the rotating hammers. A maximum crushing effect is produced by the hammer blows. The hammers sling the material against the crushing wall, where it is smashed to pieces by the collision. The material is then crushed further in the lower area between the rotors and the crushing wall. The material remains in the crushing area until it is totally crushed and then passes through the exterior mesh of the machine. The function of this sieve is to catch the larger grains; larger sizes can be attained by changing the sieve.
