The perfect cut
Cutting mills grind the input through shear action with the help of rotary and stator blades. The material is transferred to the grinding area through an opening shaft. Here it is ground between the blades on the rotary and the stator blades until the granule falls through the holes of the sieve insert, which is attached under the grinding area. There is a collection trough under the sieve where the granules are aspirated pneumatically or transferred with an extraction screw. There are sieves with various hole diameters available, corresponding to the desired grain size.
