Granulator

This machine crushes the charged material down to a size of 5-100 mm, depending on the sieve size. House hold and commercial waste, bulk waste, e-scrap, used tyres, cable scrap, aluminium profiles, electrical engines, barrels, oil filters and other materials can be processed.

The device works like a guillotine. Knives fixed on rotating knife blocks guillotine the materials. With its variable hole sizes, the granulate sieve mounted to the bottom determines the size of the output grit as well as the individual throughput performance.

As far as tyres are concerned, the rubber granulate delivered by the granulator serves as input for further processing steps. An active rubber powder can be generated in combined process of cutting mill and rubber fine grinding mill.
